With 40+ years in project commissioning and plant operations, Rameshwar Goel has led operations at Technovation for 10 years, building agile and world-class engineering quality.
Experience That Shaped The Company
Industry Foundation
Kamal began his career in industrial marketing and CNC machine manufacturing. In 2008, he joined a Japanese multinational as General Manager, gaining 7 years of exposure to international business practices, engineering standards and the Indian manufacturing ecosystem.
From Entrepreneur to Manufacturer
In 2015, Kamal and Priyanka established Technovation International in Faridabad with machine retrofitting. Within two years, the company invested in high-precision manufacturing equipment and began manufacturing its own injection moulding machines in 2017.
The early years required managing virtually every aspect of the business while establishing credibility as a first-generation entrepreneur. That hands-on foundation continues to guide Technovation's focus on engineering capability, customer relationships, and practical manufacturing outcomes.
