JWM fully-automatic three-station injection blow molding machines produce bottles, jars and containers in a single preform-injection → blow → strip cycle — no scrap, GMP-standard precision, and high-quality party lines with no visible seams. Processing Principle
One rotary table, three stations, one continuous cycle — no scrap, GMP-standard.
Preform Injection
The preform is injection moulded to precise neck, thread and wall-thickness dimensions.
Bottle Blowing
The rotary table indexes the hot preform into the blow station where it's blown to final bottle shape.
Bottle Stripping
The finished bottle is stripped and ejected, completing the cycle without scrap or reheating.
