Electric Dynamaster
Hybrid Electric Injection Molding — 300mm/s Injection Speed
Four models covering 1000 KN to 2300 KN clamping force (100T–230T). Fully electric injection with standard speed up to 300mm/s, 10–20% lower energy use than hydraulic servo IMMs, and injection-position precision to 0.01mm. Ideal for thin-wall, optical, medical, automotive and consumer-durable components.

Standard injection speed between 0.1mm/s and 300mm/s, enabling low-speed but high-pressure injection for demanding products.
10–20% Energy Saving
Small energy consumption compared with hydraulic servo motor series IMM, thanks to the fully electric injection system.
0.01mm Injection Precision
Injection position tolerance controlled at 0.01mm, temperature tolerance at 0.1°C, with injection response adjustable between 40–100ms.
Closed-Loop Back Pressure Control
Fast back-pressure response and high precision of back-pressure control during melting.
Low Noise, High Rigidity Frame
Through-beam frame structure with enlarged tie bars and steel sleeve for strong rigidity and small deformation, running quietly in any setting.
Intelligent Monitoring
Standard temperature and servo motor monitoring, optional Hongsu Cloud monitoring and power-meter monitoring for real-time mobile tracking.
