• Servo Motor: Servo-driven hydraulic pump for 30–50% energy saving vs conventional hydraulic

The EMD Hybrid Electric series operates at even lower connected loads — typically 60–65% less than equivalent hydraulic machines.

Specific load data for each model is provided in the product catalog. We recommend installing a dedicated transformer/feeder for 350T+ machines.

Cycle time depends on the machine series, part weight, and material:

• TechnoMeper SMD Series (Super High Speed): 3.2–5.0 seconds for thin-wall packaging (500ml containers, cups, lids)

The SMD's speed is achieved via an accumulator system that pre-charges hydraulic pressure for lightning-fast injection. This makes it India's fastest domestically produced machine for thin-wall packaging.

For thin-wall packaging, the TechnoMeper SMD Series is the clear choice:
